🚀 What you’ll be doing
- Advising international clients on direct and indirect tax matters
- Structuring transactions and group reorganisations
- Assisting on fund tax, corporate tax and real estate structuring
- Liaising with local tax authorities and regulators
- Drafting legal and tax opinions and memoranda
🎯 What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in tax law (law firm or Big Four)
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- A pragmatic mindset and ability to advise clients clearly
- Interest in developing long-term client relationships
- A team player who values autonomy and initiative
