An internationally renowned law firm is looking for a Mid-Level Corporate/M&A Lawyer to join its growing team in Luxembourg. You’ll handle high-quality files and collaborate with a Partner known for their empathy, accessibility, and team-first mindset.
🔹 What you’ll do
- Advise on complex M&A, restructurings, and joint ventures
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents (SPAs, SHAs, etc.)
- Work directly with clients, boards, and investors
- Participate in business development and mentor junior team members
✅ Your profile
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate/M&A law
- Excellent legal and drafting skills
- Fluent in English and French (German is a plus)
- Proactive, client-focused, and collaborative
