🔹 What you’ll handle
- Advising on cross-border corporate transactions and M&A
- Drafting key documents (SPAs, shareholder agreements, governance docs)
- Leading client communications and assisting with business development
- Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team expansion
✅ Your strengths
- 3–6 years in corporate/M&A law
- Fluent in English and French
- Autonomous, client-facing, and collaborative
