We are recruiting a mid-level associate to join the Banking & Finance practice of a leading international law firm in Luxembourg. The firm combines a globally respected brand with a collaborative, forward-thinking culture at local level.

🎯 What you will be doing
- Advising banks, financial institutions and corporates on regulatory, lending and structured finance matters
- Supporting cross-border transactions involving Luxembourg entities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documentation (credit agreements, security packages, etc.)
- Liaising with international clients, authorities and counterparties
- Assisting in business development and mentoring junior team members
👤 Who we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in Banking & Finance from a reputable law firm
- Fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset
- Technically confident, commercially aware, and responsive to client needs
- Ready to take ownership, build long-term relationships, and grow within a high-performance team
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with an international mindset
