🔹 Your role
- Advise clients on corporate structuring, M&A, joint ventures and reorganisations
- Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements and transaction documents
- Work directly with company founders, boards and investors
- Contribute to client development and internal innovation
✅ Your profile
- 2–6 years of relevant corporate/M&A experience
- Fluent in French and English
- Commercially minded and solution-oriented
- Motivated to take initiative and grow with the firm
