An international law firm with around 60 professionals in Luxembourg is looking for a Junior Fund Lawyer to join its top-tier investment funds practice.
You’ll be surrounded by experienced partners, gain hands-on training, and work directly with asset managers and institutional clients.
🔹 Key responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing fund documentation (RAIFs, SIFs, SICARs, etc.)
- Advising on fund formation, governance and lifecycle
- Assisting in CSSF filings and compliance questions
- Collaborating with colleagues across practices and jurisdictions
✅ Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in investment funds or financial law
- Trilingual: French, English, and German
- Eager to learn and develop technical excellence
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude
