You’ll work on high-end, cross-border transactions involving leading global institutions, within a structured and ambitious team.
🔹 What you’ll do
- Advise on complex acquisition finance, syndicated loans, structured and real estate finance
- Draft and negotiate finance documents in multi-jurisdictional contexts
- Collaborate with leading banks, investment funds, and multinational companies
- Work closely with international offices in London, Frankfurt, New York and beyond
✅ What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in banking & finance law
- International mindset and technical precision
- Fluent in English and either French or German
- Ambitious, driven and a team player
