An independent and highly respected law firm in Luxembourg is looking for a Head of Compliance to lead, structure, and drive its compliance strategy across all areas.
This is a unique opportunity to build and manage a team, develop internal controls, and work closely with firm leadership.
🔹 Your responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor internal compliance frameworks (AML, KYC, GDPR)
- Act as key advisor to partners and management
- Ensure regulatory reporting and relationships with authorities (e.g. CSSF, Bar)
- Lead or support internal training and knowledge-sharing
- Stay up to date with evolving laws and apply them to internal processes
✅ Your profile
- At least 7 years of experience in compliance, ideally in a law firm or regulated environment
- Independent, pragmatic, and highly reliable
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in French and English
