Role
• Advising on domestic and cross-border Corporate and M&A transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex transaction documentation
• Managing matters from structuring through signing and closing
• Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders
• Taking an active role in the development and positioning of the Corporate practice
Profile
• Senior-level experience in Corporate and M&A
• Training and background at a reputable international or top-tier firm
• Fully comfortable working in English in an international environment
• Strong analytical skills with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset
